Identify the overall goals - Organization wise & Team Wise discuss with the Management teams to understand the future state that they would like to be at.

Analyse & Strategize - Suitable Agile Framework to reach the Future State.

Based on the inputs received from Step 1, analysis will be done to identify the suitable Agile framework relevant teams will be provided with necessary inputs on why and how the identified Agile framework will deliver the results.

Prioritization of the problems & solutions suggested will be done with the senior stakeholders and management.
